this weekend was very hectic... fri nite me & my cousin G went down to punggol.. yes punggol.. 1.5 hrs journey. promised my cousin S dat we will be helping out for her sis' wedding as jie mei (which is also my cousin) we reached their house close to midnight.. cant sleep at nite. had a torturing nite cuz i heard snoring.. Oops!! then woke up at 6.00am to get ready.. The groom came ard 7.30am & we had SIMPLE games. damn boring sia.. its juz testing the groom with 3 SIMPLE questions and we teased them to drink the bitter chinese tea & singing. dats it. they said they wanted someting simpler & thus did not get us involved in the planning details. If only I am the organizer, i think things would be different. hehe..
we drove to the church for the church wedding shortly. it was very sacred & its my first time to witness a church wedding.. the feeling is so great!
After dat, we went to the groom's place for lunch then to their new hse at AMK, which is just a street away.. i was already feeling very exhausted! then went back my cousin's hse again.. it was until 2 plus that everything was over.. they dropped me at Yishun mrt & i took the train hm. slpt for 1.5 hrs then rushed dwn to the restaurant "noble hse".. reached early cuz they have to brief us on the seating arrangements.. i was the usher for the nite.. later my cousin passed me 2 ang baos.. haaahaaa.. reli not easy sia.. haahaa but i enjoyed it.. lol.. but i can see wedding needs alot of preparation & $$$.. witnessing this experience give me wedding jitters.. haha hope my turn don't come too soon... lol
