Happy birthday to myself !

Most of my colleagues knew today was my birthdae, they wanted to order KFC & pizza hut for lunch but the hotline was so hot they could not get through.. in the end, they drove out to buy back.. so hapie my sales team celebrating my birthdae together.. We had our lunch in the conference room and suddenly someone knocked on the door with a bouquet of white lilies! OMG.. i was so surprised and really loved them.. thanks my dear colleagues *touched*

In the late afternoon, we had our cake-cutting session. All the sales came in to sing happy birthday song to me, even though im not so close to some of them.. after wk, my bf fetched me off wk & drove back home for another celebration with my family. We had our dinner at our usual spot, followed by another round of cake-cutting session...

Im really happy today many frens who sms me to wish me, not forgetting joyce, coco, jojo, joanne, Xiao xia who still rem! love u guys!

A beautiful saturday...
the princess woke up in the morning with a big smile getting herself ready for the special day. the prince brought a bouquet of purple tulips to her doorstep and the princess gave him a peck on the cheeks :D

My godbro treated me to dinner for my birthdae @ Explorer Zone in bishan park.. din realise there is a good hang-out place there, perfect spot for a pond-side lunch or dinner. But beware u may have to 'feed' those mosquitoes. Dining in the park comes with a price.. hehe.. Im a nature lover though.

Other than that, food shd consider nicer than cozy bay which he brought me a few mths ago.. I also got a cute hp accessory from him.

Age is catching up..

in 11 more days, i will be a yr older!!!! birthdays' getting meaningless in some ways, celebrating my age that is drifting away from my teenage years.. humpf!

As i grow older, i think of how much work i need to do to make myself less old. like spending 60 bucks on an eye cream using it to minimize my wrinkles & eye bags. hmmm.. and the list is endless.. I have been a hardworking gal, slapping beauty regime on my face every nite w/o fail (except when im superb tired) wana look younger than my bf even when we grow old... i noticed some white hair and my face seems to shag.... am i dreaming??? Oh well... im already in my mid-20s... no longer 'labeled' as xiao mei mei rite????

That is the reason why i decided to go for a makeover, i want to knw how pretty i can turn out to be.. haha.. thank u bf for sponsoring for my birthdae... hehe... memories are meant to keep forever... hope it turns out not to be a disaster.. looking forward to this moment..... (^_^)

mit up with jen for dinner at vivocity.. after dat, mit up with the rest of my colleagues at st james... asked her along as she has never been there.. we had some drinks at the broiler room, had some relaxing music before we headed over to dragonfly.. it was more fun there.. esp with those cute guys dancing & singing with live band.. wooooo!!! they look so handsome leh.. haha...~ we left the place ard 12 plus.. and i had a strong feeling i wun be able to wake up the next day for wk.. and indeed i couldn't... gosh!!!!

a "golfing" day at JB

went to JB with my colleagues with the intention of having a big seafood feast but in the end, the plan was smashed cuz we were too tired & hungry to drive far... Next day, had our lunch & then went down to Perling mall for shopping.. i had my medicure done for the upcoming wedding on mon.. so cheap sia!!!

After that, its was the guys turn to have their fun. We went down to the driving range in JB as some of my colleagues are picking up the golf sport. I dun see any reason I would be interested but juz tag along.. Hmmm no choice... Golf is not an easy sport to pick up - i guess this sport is more suitable for men bah especially with such a humid weather.. hehehe...but dun mind to learn someting new.. took some pics of the driving range with my lousy phone... haha...~

my ex-coll invited all the jie mei for high tea this afternoon... it was a get-together to mit up the gals & her hubby for the first time.. her hubby was in fact more humorous than i thought... haha.. the gals are also friendly & we click on very well.. very "you mo qi" to start the ball rolling.. the next meeting will be 2 weeks from now for next discussion :) next mth, we gals will also plan our ladies nite & the guys will plan their bachelor nite one day before the wedding.. sounds fun! my fren aso arranged a make-up artist to doll us pretty on dat nite...woooooo! See how well-pampered the jie meis are! i got to be prepared for some great fun!

A rest day for mi & bf

My hectic schedule took away so much of my life. but i couldnt be happier than ever. i managed to pull thru the most stressful period. sad to mention, there is no ending yet as my management is fighting on a battle for the projects im clinging on.. i wish they could have better solutions rather than fighting an endless battle. all the shit work still come to me still :(

Tdy bf & mi specially took a day off to reward our hectic schedule. we haben seen each other as i was at the chalet the whole of last wkend. we went bugis for purely window shopping.. then he brought me to this place" mint museum of toys" located at seah street.. entry per person is $10, quite ex but anyway it will be my last time to be spotted inside.. haha.. alot of retro toys were displayed there.. as early as those dated in 1920s... gosh.. some toys looked scary to be toys sia..!!!! we went to their mint cafe located at the basement for some chilling out... we were the only customers sitting inside the cafe.. haha... somehow eyes were all on us as though we are like king & queen sia..... hohohoho

Costa sands chalet 12th- 14th Oct

After work, the few of us went straight to pasir ris to mit some others like jean & tian ee's hubby. had dinner @ white sands, bought drinks & snacks, then took the shuttle bus down to costa sands to check in. the first nite we had mahjong & poker cards, played some funny card games... haaahaaa..

In the morning, we slpt till 8am. had a fruitful morning as we went down to pasir ris park to rent bicycles. jean & me choose a double so we could chat while cycling.. the weather was cooling... took some nice pics at the beach. after cycling, had our showers & went to downtown east for lunch. had some arcade games. we had free tix to Escape but it started to drizzle so decided to drop the idea of going. what a weather disappointment. the BBQ delivery called ard 5.30pm, we went to pick up the stuff from the carpark, the guys set up the pit while the gals prepared the food. so many food that we cant finish!

my manager & team members came with their kids ard 8pm.. they played mahjong while some of us played uno cards with the kids... it was fun times, the chalet was a success... :P
