a "golfing" day at JB

went to JB with my colleagues with the intention of having a big seafood feast but in the end, the plan was smashed cuz we were too tired & hungry to drive far... Next day, had our lunch & then went down to Perling mall for shopping.. i had my medicure done for the upcoming wedding on mon.. so cheap sia!!!

After that, its was the guys turn to have their fun. We went down to the driving range in JB as some of my colleagues are picking up the golf sport. I dun see any reason I would be interested but juz tag along.. Hmmm no choice... Golf is not an easy sport to pick up - i guess this sport is more suitable for men bah especially with such a humid weather.. hehehe...but dun mind to learn someting new.. took some pics of the driving range with my lousy phone... haha...~

high tea at merchant court

my ex-coll invited all the jie mei for high tea this afternoon... it was a get-together to mit up the gals & her hubby for the first time.. her hubby was in fact more humorous than i thought... haha.. the gals are also friendly & we click on very well.. very "you mo qi" to start the ball rolling.. the next meeting will be 2 weeks from now for next discussion :) next mth, we gals will also plan our ladies nite & the guys will plan their bachelor nite one day before the wedding.. sounds fun! my fren aso arranged a make-up artist to doll us pretty on dat nite...woooooo! See how well-pampered the jie meis are! i got to be prepared for some great fun!

Haha.. i will aso get to see some ex-colleagues from A2 too!

im really addicted to be involved in weddings moments.. At the same time, im pretty worried, its already the fourth time i have been a jie mei, will i be able to marry off one day?

A rest day for mi & bf

My hectic schedule took away so much of my life. but i couldnt be happier than ever. i managed to pull thru the most stressful period. sad to mention, there is no ending yet as my management is fighting on a battle for the projects im clinging on.. i wish they could have better solutions rather than fighting an endless battle. all the shit work still come to me still :(

Tdy bf & mi specially took a day off to reward our hectic schedule. we haben seen each other as i was at the chalet the whole of last wkend. we went bugis for purely window shopping.. then he brought me to this place" mint museum of toys" located at seah street.. entry per person is $10, quite ex but anyway it will be my last time to be spotted inside.. haha.. alot of retro toys were displayed there.. as early as those dated in 1920s... gosh.. some toys looked scary to be toys sia..!!!! we went to their mint cafe located at the basement for some chilling out... we were the only customers sitting inside the cafe.. haha... somehow eyes were all on us as though we are like king & queen sia..... hohohoho

Costa sands chalet 12th- 14th Oct

After work, the few of us went straight to pasir ris to mit some others like jean & tian ee's hubby. had dinner @ white sands, bought drinks & snacks, then took the shuttle bus down to costa sands to check in. the first nite we had mahjong & poker cards, played some funny card games... haaahaaa..

In the morning, we slpt till 8am. had a fruitful morning as we went down to pasir ris park to rent bicycles. jean & me choose a double so we could chat while cycling.. the weather was cooling... took some nice pics at the beach. after cycling, had our showers & went to downtown east for lunch. had some arcade games. we had free tix to Escape but it started to drizzle so decided to drop the idea of going. what a weather disappointment. the BBQ delivery called ard 5.30pm, we went to pick up the stuff from the carpark, the guys set up the pit while the gals prepared the food. so many food that we cant finish!

my manager & team members came with their kids ard 8pm.. they played mahjong while some of us played uno cards with the kids... it was fun times, the chalet was a success... :P

im so tired zzzzzz.... no energy to write liao. let the pics do the talking.

Really appreciate the concern from my fellow colleagues. they knw how im coping & how tough my tasks are... struggling hard but at the end of the day, i hope to end my day with a smile :) pls let me continue to have such positive thinking....

my 2nd lesson of aerobics class was so much better compared to last week. i managed to follow most of the steps, my arms & legs are better at shaking now! haha... so impressive! 10 more lessons to go....

After the dinner, he passed me a lovely gift, the watch i have been aiming! hehe... he told me he wana reward me for working hard that one mth... thanks baby! really love it.. most importantly, its from u!!!! hehe.. i also bought something for him but i was thinking of passing him during x'mas.. lol.. can u wait that long dear.....?

Ytd went with my group of colleagues to party at St James to celebrate one of my colleagues' last day... haha.. i reli love that awesome place, minus away the buzzy crowd... it was bloody packed when we got there at 10pm.. no tables left at the Broiler room. Dragonfly was full house, we could not get in. lucky enough we could still find a tiny space at the bar counter in Broiler room. the music was great after 11pm.. the hip-hop music was so shiok. the guys were left tending to the drinks while Kris & me danced so happily, reli an enjoyable nite.... haha~

chalet booked from 12th- 14th Oct

Haha... today i just booked the chalet at coasta sands... finally! after so much weeks of discussion & we finally made up our mind to book the chalet instead than goin KL!!! luckily there is still empty slots available! looking forward to a great time with my colleagues... :D~

just signed up for aerobics class & its starting next mth... im so excited! this time im determined to work out my body! Ohh... i will have to wake up early on sundays, no more sat late nights...

Finally the pair of heels i ordered a mth ago was sent to my doorstep! Nice! very pleased with the design... what a pity, the other 2 pairs i ordered online were OOS (out of stk)... OMG, i oredi bought 3 pairs for this mth... whoah!

A God's calling on sat

I woke up at 8am on a great sat & bf brought me to Potong Pasir mrt to meet up with my colleagues.. It was an unusual sat.. a day that was different from the past sats.. my co had organised a JE's heart outing to the old folks' home for those who were keen.. some were singing & playing the guitar, some were chatting with the old pp.. i was one of them who was involved. i have not idea what conversation i could pick up with them until i prayed to God i wish i could do something to make the elderly happier.. some grannies chatted with me, some were singing with me, some even wana take pic with me lei... haha.. im so touched by my colleagues' efforts to make this sat successful but it can still be improve abit, esp the songs.. hehe..

I was glad to be there tdy... may there be more of such outings :D

Had lunch with the members & then headed to meet bf at town.. bought mooncakes.. Yummy! yummy! i love snowskin!

after that had dinner with Felicia, Vivian & her fren at Bt timah food centre. we had alot of sinful food: stingray, lala, sotong, satay beehoon & rojak... wow... have to detoxify my body liao...
