i found a job!

A new path...
I juz went to my fren's co for an interview. I was worried. I have little confidence to pull thru. but eventually i got the job! Thanks to Joyce.. who recommend me in when there was vacancy. I was plannin to quit nx mth after my taipei trip but since the job offer came early, i wasted no time. The wk place is where i want to see myself in.. the environment was pretty cozy.. the pple smiled @ me the moment i walked in. I felt relaxed. I felt like i belong to the place... finally.. i dun see any more uncles & aunties ard... hahaha~

Back to the old days...
In fact before i went to the interview, i saw my old classmate & we had a mini conversation, she's aso wking ard the area & we suggested we could organise a gathering someday too since it was donkey years we last saw each other.. hands for it!!! I juz feel hapie seeing my old frens again.. mayb i juz wish dat im back to the old days, innocent days... where everyone is gd frens.. everyone so nice & naive.. havent seen them so long.. everyone seems to change.. got married, started family liao.. haha~ im so far behind... but it's ok.. i dun want to have a $ burden yet. enjoy as much life as i can. Life is short.

Im feel so excited... it seems like i have so many things to be excited abt...

Tai pei here I come..

I have juz book tix to Taipei at natas fair... im goin wif my gf & we are goin to shop & eat & shop & eat... I considered a last min change-of-mind, intentions to postpone was on my list, due to factors like riots @ BK but both of us were too eager to get the shit out of SG.. discussions were made verbally ytd & tdy we bought the tix already. so exciting! I guess we do not wana drag it any longer.. and both of us are reli Big Shoppers!

At tis point of time, i shd be very excited abt my trip.. wat stuffs to buy, eat , sight-seeing.. I do not knw y everytime something exciting happens to me, there's bound to be some upsetting incidents.. for eg, when i was planning my trip to Brisbane earlier, my stupid, niao bozz give me a heed of his crap.. & even told me dat he is not goin to wait for me a mth.. i din ask him to wait anyway.. but he reli said unpleasant stuffs dat should have kept his mouth stuff wif bananas. *burp*

Now bf tinks im neglecting him in the natas fair... partly i should be blamed for being 'too' excited abt it... or mayb he shouldnt be there wif me.. shouldnt he b very happy for me or at least be more sponteanous abt the whole tingy?

i was wif my fren & we were busy lookin ard for travel booths & i missed the chance of smiling back.. he soon walked away wif-out a 'goodbye kiss' & left the whole scene. That was all I get after i ran to find some food for him knwing he hasnt had any lunch. so tell me, wat should be the role of a gf? havent i done enuf?? *speechless*

These past 2 days I was in the office counting my inventory stock... damn bloody dusty & choking me..! On sat i went to mit bf after wk.. we went to bugis to shop... i bought a few nice stuffs.. everywhere is sale! it seems like it's always not enuf to fill up my wardrobe.. ahahaha...~

Nx mth, i will be spending alot..! visit the $$$-sucking dentist( so i can smile again), perm my hair into princess curls ( so i look more like a princess..hehe) and holiday @ bkk in late Apr... hope i wun postpon it again...I have already started searching for best deals, hotels, shoppin venues online... etc.. it gets me in high spirits whenever i search for these info...~ at least someting to look forward to...~ :D

Hmmm... most likely nx mth i will be handing my resignation... wat will my fate be..?

Today, went back to office 1/2 day to check my reports for submission... usually wakin up early on sat to wk is the most sian.. but dun knw why tday very energetic.. hehe..mayb i knw im goin to mit bf..dats y!

Bf & I went to orchard to get my cap!! I have been eyeing it since last week... hehe~ so excited to wear it, it does help with a bad hair day too...~ after dat we headed dwn to marina Sq.. bf went to zara to collect his jeans.. quite pissed w the staff there, kept us waiting for a long time... then when they couldnt find, told us, the jeans is not ready yet! I lose my cool & ans her back b4 i finally got the jeans, here's our lil' conversation:

Staff: "Pls hold on while I find ur jeans..." ( serving other customers first!)
me: "ok sure.."

... 15 mins later...

Staff: "Erm, we cant find ur jeans, it's not here yet.."
me: " wat! the receipt stated as tdy's name, are u VERY sure anot?"
Staff: " Erm.. let me check the men's department.." (finally found it)

Never check properly still dare to say not here yet.. dun play play wif Ms Wendy Tan horr...

Anyway, it din affect my day@ all.. hehe.. went to have ice-cream @ Anderson's... Yummy.. we also catched a glimpse of the fashion show held at marina Sq.. the way the models walked machiam marching sia... hehe~ we made some harmless comments dat kept us giddying like mad.. i almost cried coz of those craps! After dat, we went dwn to Esplanade, took a stroll but as bf not well, so we stayed a short while only...

Bo Pian Entry...

I realised i havent been updating my blog, which used to be a weekly routine for me... Arguhh.. bo pian not enuf time to do my stuffs loh... So here I am....

Ytd bf & I went on a shopping spree..! we shopped from Far East, to taka, then to Marina Sq.. Bf bought a pair of black leather shoes fr Pedro for work & jeans from Zara.. finally got wat he has longed to buy... Payday is always a shiok time to spend $$$... for me, i bought a pair of pointed heels & a fox tank top.. there are more stuffs i have aimed already *my mango top*..wait till i get my hands on them! I heard spending $ can help relieve stress??? *hmmm*

after dat, we had our dinner @ Esplanade open area foodcourt.. the food so nice mann... we ordered fried carrot cake & BBQ chicken wings.. shiok!

Our feets have started to get tired so we headed hm.... bf sent me hm.. ~

Tdy i went bf's hse to help him put on his mask... he always steal time to sleep! haha.. lazy bum... I noticed a pair of tickets laying on his desk... keke.. A surprise but I found out earlier than expected lo... Nothing seems to escape from my powerful eyes..! hohoho.. it's tickets to the Zoo! Screamed in excitement! We are goin to the Zoo soon & visit his 'same species' (monkies) hahaha...

Finally used up my last pair of movie passes on sat... coool... i always wana catch a movie wif dear... coz it seems like it's cozy sitting dwn, enjoyin the show (provided it isnt boring to tears) betta than walkin ard orchard rd..squeezing w the crowd... and it does stop me from buying things for 2 hrs.. hehe.. well, however, i ended up gett a new pair of heels & some tank tops though.. Wat a lie!

We catched 'The fog' at J8.. the show isnt reli scary.. juz some scary noises & sudden appearance dat made u jumped! after e show, we took train dwn to MS, ate at Qi Ji...highly reco by dear for it's popiah & nasi lemak... yeah..reli spendid... after dat walked dwn to millena walk TCC to mit ran & des... i ordered sea of gold.. reco by rain... hehe... nice too.~

Forgot to mention i met up w sis on fri nite.. we had dinner @ pepper lunch.. her treat! yeah... it's rare dat we mit up..~ so i pushed away all my appt, including dear! then we went to Far East coz she wana buy some clothes for work.. but sad to say, none of the clothes fit her, in the end she did not get anytin & i bought mysf 2 tops... hehe~ the advantages of being slim.. ( hope my sis din get to read tis line, if not she gotta strangle me!)

This is gonna to mark as the most memorable moment of my 2006.. I had the most beautiful red roses from dear and he brought me to fullerton hotel - Black Angus Steakhouse to have a romantic dinner! Before tis, he has brought me a set of sexy lingerie... drool.... i always wish one day my bf will bring me to fullerton to dine in... and dear is the first who brought me there! we enjoyed our dinner as we watched the sky slowly turns darker... it's so romantix!

After the dinner, we walked dwn to clark Q :: MOS... the pl damn big sia... and the furniture v nice too... but the music sucks.. overall, i tink i will nv drop there again... but at least i can booast to pple dat i have been there before... yeah..!

Valentine's gift for dear!

Hehe~ I finally managed to source for a valentine's gift for dear! i purchased it juz ytd... initially plan to juz browse browse first... no intention to buy yet as it's still early lo but the staff was so brilliant & sweet wif his words dat i eventually bought fr him, and not other outlets... i can say he has a glib tongue... huiling aso tink it's nice... anyway im keeping mum abt wat the gift is... *zip mouth*

Lao Yu Sheng at dear's hse ytd... too bad rain din join us coz she's sick... the yu sheng was delicous! yummy... the dinner was good too..hehe... after the dinner went to junctn 8 wif bf & his sis to see hp... coz it's time for dear to change new fone liao... then after dat i took train hm.. journey as usual..very long...

Feb 2006~

It's the start of a New year!!! A beginning of Feb ...

The past few days have been bz, visiting frens' homes... To date, i went to eileen & huiling's hse to ba nian.. I got alot of hong baos tis yr.. well tis $ goes to my bangkok trip in Mar!! Hurray! I cant wait to shop & eat there.. I definitely muz try the "yu chi".. heard it's v cheap there wor... 'll be goin dwn wif shopping kakki.. eileen & her fren.. It's a last min decision to bring forward my bangkok trip as i tink i need a short break from all the hussle... im behaving v down... picking faults wif bf... claiming dat he's not ' thoughtful' enuf... blah blah blah.. *cough* mayb it's the little things dat u do dat will mean so much to me... ~

CNY Eve!!!

CNY is approaching... I juz love the long holidays.. cool~

Tdy i cleaned up my room.. cleared all the useless stuffs dat i dun nid... it added up to 5 big bags mann! i threw away my cosmetics & skincare as they hav expired... when i wiped the cupboard i almost vomit by the thick layer of dust lying there for the past yr.. ahh chooow.....! i sweared im not goin to buy any useless stuffs again! now my rm looked perfectly clean! hehe...

Ytd after work, bf & I went dwn to Holland V to have our dinner... a treat fr him for gett' his first pay! I have always like the ambience there.. v nice place to hang out at wif-out expecting too much crowd.. there's quite a few restaurants there & finally we decided on 'Fosters' , highly recommended by my fren..

The place I can say v cozy, a gd place for couples.. Important factors: **there is someone playing the guitar & singing, sofa seats for couples, the food was great too, service rated excellent~ ** the lights are dim, very romantic feel... Im glad we chose that place even though the price was abit too ex! but i have to agree the food was nice lo, and the food was served to us very fast!

after the dinner, we headed over to 'ESsential Brew' another great chill out place.. this is the 2nd time ive been there & i reli loved the "sweet temptation" drink! it's act green tea shake wif a scoop of ice-cream.. yummy.. yummy! hope we can always make an effort to go there like once a mth to relax & pamper ourselves.. it's a gd feeling! we stayed there till 10pm, then took bus hm.. on the way to the bustop, i bumped into miriam at coffee bean & we said hi... then realised long time nv chiong wif her liao... hehe~

hmmm... Im wondering how we should spend our valentine's day...~ planning wat to buy for u...

One day as a TAi tai at Bioskin

A day as a Tai Tai at Bioskin...

Tdy specially took one day off to go for my facial dat has been draggin for a few mths... I heard the promotion at the radio plus the commercial... very gian lo! so i went dwn to wheelock place - Bioskin.. The place is posh man i shd say! The usual price for the facial is $250! wah say! so ex... for first time is only $58 lo. I promised mysf not to take up any package!

The lady lead me to a room & persuaded me to take up the package but i juz strictly said no.. I even wrote im a student on the form, so dat they will tink im not a potiential customer.. haha..bo pian, she then asked me to change & rest on the bed & wait for someone to serve me. The service by the gal was excellent, even helped to clean my armpit.. cool ... luckily morn i plucked liao hehe... if not, dun knw dear muz be tinking how many times she has to wash the towel sia. she aso asked if i wana some ginseng spray on my hair.. it helps to nourish the scalp.. i was tinking if a few sprays will cost me a bomb anot... heng, it's free! haha .. she then helped to massage my hair and aso massage my shoulders.. me so scared of the pain sia.. ta han for 20 mins, i almost scream.. anyway, after the facial i rushed to the loo.. luckily the loo is located inside.. not like the one i signed last time, have to walked a few shops b4 i rch the loo. so pai seh.. pple see me like a walking ghost..

So i was in the loo very long time, tidying up my hair, drawing my eyebrows.. but the lady still dun want to let me go! asked again im interested in the package, i said no no! i even have to bluff dat my mum has the credit card coz the lady said credit card can instalments.. so i told her i have to ask my ma for permission first.. phew! she finally let me go.. luckily i oredi encountered such persistent pple previously when i went for facials... so now i knw how to counter-attacked them! haha.. very li hai hor?? Basically the environment v nice, well decorated.. actually, the treatment i shd say v gd.. no squeezing! and they serve me from head to... shoulders.. my face aso very radiant lo... but so ex... tink suitable for those tai tai... the place for them to spend $, make them prettier... hehe.. for me, i can only wait for promotions & counter-attack them again!

Next stop.... dentist!

CNY is a gd excuse for women to spend $.. i agreed..!

After the facial, dear came dwn fr work to mit me.. we went to eat at far east plaza - chicken rice... the portions v little, coz dear still went to buy old chang kee! then we walked walked & i bought a tube top.. cool...finally found a top to wear w my new skirt!
