healthy lifestyle.. totally recharged after a morning's jog
I cant believe it mann...how early i am! i woke up by the sound of my sis's alarm 8:00 instead of my alarm (1/2 hr later) then i woke her up & we got dressed to my first jog.. after humpy years, i finally picked up my running shoes... haha~

she taught me some warm-up exercises, then we jogged fr my hse to jelapang & back.. during the jogging, she was constantly motivating me. i was real impressed wif mysf.. i tot i was so weak dat i may not even finish half the round. but mayb wif her ard, i did not stop there. she said wif my determination, i can run finish the round even how tired i am. And i did.. after the jog, i did some warm down exercises which she said is a must... i reli sweated alot.. dats a gd ting cuz i haben sweat for a long time le.. and i felt so energised.. so good!

The Chic Family's outing...
After dat we had our showers & went to mit my mum at bpp.. brought her to orchard to 'groom' her. hehe.. but the clothes dat we took it off the racks for her does not fancy her. i tink she still prefer to buy it at my dad's mkt there.. humpf.... we had lunch at crystal jade Express.. the food is quite nice esp my mum who only prefers local food... bought some pastries fr beard papa, donut house & some things from sasa then dashed to bugis village to have some nice mango ice sherbet at ice monster... this is a must try! the mangoes tasted very fresh lor..! there's quite alot of servings for the mangoes & we all love it! highly recommended esp under SG weather..

then my mum & bro went hm first while my sis & i walked to bras basah.. tot of buying a new 'parker pen' for my bf cuz he told me he lost his parker pen some time ago!! so i chose a design & requested to be engraved wif his name.. fyi, i went back to the same shop at bras basah where i bought my bro's watch.. the pple still recognise me lor.. gd ting or bad..? lolx.. (post only upload after passin bf the pen..hehe)

anyway while waiting, i took a peek at the watch corner & a swatch watch caught my attention.. the strap of the watch is made of pearls.. looks very unique.. my fav!!! so girlie design.. hee~ but i did not buy it cuz i still wana look look elsewhere if there is sumting similar like tis. one of the young staff complimented dat my bag is very nice & asked where i bought it.. u knw, the one dat can be used as a pillow.. haha. she asked to help get her one.. i told her ok but nx time muz gimme more disc lor.. lolx. we hit it quite well & even exchanged numbers...

After i got hm, i had 4 big crabs waiting for mi!!! my dad specially bought the crabs fr the mkt, turned to be surprise for us! my mum's signature dish " sweet chilli crab"foto taken fr a lousy hp...*hiak* but tastes gd!

I had a gd day.. wondered if my bf has one too? it's his first lesson tdy & for another 4 sats, we had to bear not mitting w each other... gott cha find my own programs wor.. so frens, wat are u waiting for? start dialling my num & ask me out la! (^_^)

A 25yr old mind trapped in a 80yr old body.. tis is how im feeling now... *sOb sOb* sometimes weekend is more tiring than my usual wking days... Am i losing it?? I wish i could turn back those days, my glamourous days.. am i the only one feeling tis way or are there others in the same plight like me..??

Emm.... my long-lost frens who saw me said my face has changed.. (i reckon they're saying im old..) i used to love experimenting wif makeup, now i shd be glad if i apply my normal basic makeup.. hmmm~

Tdy shopping was kinda boring.. cuz i was bored.. totally insane cuz i wasnt interested in hunting for new stuffs. my mind was urging me dat i wana go hm & rest mann!! and the whole journey i was leaning on my bf's shoulders sleeping all the way until it's finally time for me to alight.. shows how exhausted i am.. i tink i need to do someting quick or im goin bersarkkkk!!!!!!

I love smiley stuffs... have been searching high & low for the collection of diff colours of smiley keychains... at first, i din tot of collecting them but the more i keep looking at them, the more i love them!! i asked my colleague to help me find but it was so 'hot' tat even the machine was replaced wif other toys.. ( i tink all bought finish le) i even went to jur east the day before to find... but no vain.. all bought finish too! so disappointed... haha.. bt aso partly to mit my ex-colleague for dinner lo... so i shun bian go dwn to try my luck...

Then tdy, i went to my hse there to buy bubble tea.. and i saw a new machine wif all the smiley keychains.. happily, i dropped a few coins left in my purse into the machine... lucky me! im goin to continue turning the machines tmlo.. the day after.... cool...

Seriously i cant believe im still doing tis at this age... kekeke.. now even my sis, bro & bf aso like them.. heng, i gave one each to them... i still have alot more other colours to collect....cool, i aso gave some to my friends... it reli helps brightens up someone's day... at least it brightens up my day :P now whenever i look at them, i always smile... :D

Exclusive treat & pressie for bro!

Tdy went to mit my bro at cozway pt after his remedial class.. goin bugis sakae to eat as a form of celebration for his 16th birthdae.. there were 5 of us, my sis & her bf plus my bf... tis is our first time dat we had lunch together wif our bfs. can see from my bro's grin dat he reli enjoyed the great jap food... loads of craps & jokes.. i love my cute brother =)

after dat, we went to bras basah to buy his pressie - watch! finally after viewing various outlets, we settled on a casio model.. we managed to bargain at a affordable price.. hehe...! i reli cant help laughing dat my bargaining skills has been put to used.. hohoho...~ thx to dear for suggesting there.. anyone wana buy watch can go to bras basah.. it's reli much cheaper & the service is damn gd... lolx.. i promise the auntie dat i will drop by there if i need a watch again..

Hav u u ever step into the new library?? It's a tiring weekend dat landed us at the NLB after shoppin ard bugis.. and we stayed there close to 2 hrs!! juz reading magz & resting... the seats are very cozy..the view is stunning.. go up to the highest floor & u'll be amazed! how i wish my dream hse will look like tis.. transparent panels... grrrrr....

Err... tdy i was On leave! yipee yeah.. 'SHIOK' word to describe my day.. I started off wif waking up late this morning.. then mit bf at cozway pt & we took cab to funan to buy IT products for his co.. had our lunch at sakae... long time din eat there liao... ~ after dat bf went back to his office while i went to orchard to fill my shopping cart!! bought aloe vera masks from face shop, spent $$ on skincare.. somemore fancl havin 20% sale so how could i not resist dat?? i tink im switching back to my fancl products now.. it still suit me the best!

It's my lil, pampered bro's birthdae tdy! we had a big feast at hm! ordered KFC & pizza hut..compliments from mum & dad.. invited some of his gd frens & my bf came too... ~ it was an enjoyable dinner.. as usual, we sat together to enjoy the food.. there were many leftovers so we even played the guessin num game.. haha.. poor dear lost & have to eat.. aso have to help ate my share when i lost.. keke..~ damn.. after dat, i headed to the loo & made chocolate cake....~ Grrr... gosh wat the shit...!

Ytd nite, after wk went to jurong east wif my colleague to buy ingredients for the oreo cheesecake. then at nite was bz preparing the ingredients for the cake.. ~ wohahaha... took me 3 hrs to get it done.. hmmm.. it's been ages since he got to taste my last cheesecake.. yum yum... i aso baked a small heart shape cake for bro coz he's giving it to his 'yang mu zhe' .. muz teach him some tricks... haha...

hopefully when dear eat the cheesecake, it will remind u of my smiley heart.. muackzzzzz...

Weekends Updates

Thursday we had a celebration for bf's granny at Serangoon Jumbo. ordered a few dishes & crabs. but it seems like the crabs doesnt reli fill up the stomachs of four of us... "We are crab lovers!!!"

Friday we had a company event: bowling competition @ marina south followed by BBQ steamboat.. our red team scores the most points, Red champions! but our prizes were too much of a disappointment... kaoz.. wat is tis mann...

Saturday we went to bishan condo for fren's baby 1 yr old birthdae. took many award winning pics.. hehe.. the camera is indeed a well-invested camera..!

Tdy i woke up very early.. determined to make my SCHEDULE come true.. went to jitterbugs for a lesson of hip hop dance wif eileen..~ i even bought a new pair of track pants for the workout.. all ready for the new challenge...!! yipee goal..!

But... but... after an hr class, i oredi felt so tired.. my muscles so painful sia... both of us were complaining like hell. the 1 hr class was a short one but it was a torture. never have i ever stretch my legs so big & wave my hands like siao cha bo... i tink hip-hop dance is out.. FOR US!! it's not our cup of tea~ i tink it was embarassing mann... coz we din even go for the beginner class & headed straight to the next level.. everyone muz be laughing at us wor... both of us agreed never to step there again... super ma lu lei... :( at least i did tried.. its a good try though, im impressed by the moves.. i tink i rather admire pple dancing than me doing the moves.. hehe.. NVM, we decided to go for aerobics or yoga instead :) still deciding which place is the best..

After the workout, we dashed to find some place to rest our jelly legs...~ we went to v tea room.. a nice ambience for small little girlie chats... wif luxurious furnishings & yummy teacakes.... the prices are yummy expensive too... ~ we had the premium melts mudcake with cheese, top up wif vanilla gelato.. ~ it's so sinful...~ :P

we were very close to the fireworks.. thanks to my colleague who managed to 'chop' space for bf & mi at esplanade... my bf brought along his tripod & camera to take nice pics.. here's some of his award winning fotos... hehe..

i love my country, i love my home but i love my public holiday more...! haha.. sometimes i wonder how come we dun have 2 days public holiday instead of one??

Anyway i went over to bf's hse for lunch tdy.. auntie is cookin her signature dish "prawn mee" for us again!! special request from us again... hehe... bf supposed to learn how to cook the soup fr his mum but he did not manage to 'kapo' the recipe.. haha.. only helped to prepare the noodles .. the prawn mee tastes superb delicious, esp the soup.. definitely better than outside...! thumbs up!!1 bowl can sell @ 5 bucks... definitely there are pple willing to queue up to buy!

After our heavy lunch, we took bus dwn to botanic gardens. suddenly feel like goin there to take pics.. but someting unfortunately happened. we brought the tripod, his newly bought DSLR canon 350D camera but he forgot to bring the memory card... faint.. only realised it when he wanted to take his first shot.. hahaha.. my blur bf is more sotong than me...~ to avoid disappointment, we still managed to capture some beautiful shots of flowers from his camera hp.. but we are plannin to go there again this sunday to take more nicer pics...

actually i have never been to botanic gardens for a long time & amazingly the place has changed to a more nature ground with lakes, waterfalls... a discovery ground to stroll.. I saw families having picnic & some even brought their doggies for a stroll there... wat a good place to relax sia.. away from the city. I missed the fireworks on sat, i missed my hip-hop lesson on sun.. wat else did i miss out?!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARghhhhhhh.. i reli cant believe my weekend's gone juz like dat.. luckily there's wed for me to enjoy my day.. ~ im going to catch either one of these two movies " Now & Forever" & "Lake house" Frens have been praising these two movies..."must watch!!!" i love romance novels...........~ folks, plsssss bring me thereeeeee.... Shit, I cant decide which one to watch!

Fri nite @ music dreamer cafe

Tdy our company has a theme " Beach wear" actually i was not sure abt the actual theme. i only heard some colleagues jokingly mentioned abt wearin bikinis & surfers shorts to wk on fri lo. haha i tot they are joking or wat. but ok la, some pple din follow the theme too & i wear those hawaii skirt & yellow top. should be ok bah.. there's prizes for the best dressed beach wear, gal & boy.. if i knw, mayb i will bring a straw hat & my best bikini top lo. hahaha.. ~ wat an interesting place to wk.. the next theme " Pyjamas theme???" i tink i will prob be on mc dat day :)

As usual, bf & i would mit after work for dinner together. we went to marina square.. AGAIN??? i was there on thurs nite wif eileen too... haha~ This has become our fav hang-out place!

We had dinner at Qi Ji then took a walk dwn to millenia walk.. bought some chocolates from Candy Empire for bf.. he likes chocolates alot.. Candy Empire sells alot of goodies imported fr Aussie, Germany etc.. but the price is kinda ex lo... i can only look but i cant buy...

After dat, brought bf to music dreamer live cafe.. our first time! i wanted to go there for a very long time. last time i passed by there & i was very curious on how the singers sang... i requested for a song for the singers to sing.. hehe... it's romantic there.. listening & eating at the same time.. so nx time mayb we shd have our dinner there while listening to live songs...~ but wait till we get our pay.. hehe.. my fren aso recommend pariadize centre, i aso passed by there b4.. could try there nx time..~
